FAQ'S
• How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend all clients scheduling their appointments at the beginning of the week if they want an appointment on a weekday, 2-3 weeks in advance for Friday or Saturday. We highly recommend to pre-book the next appointment before leaving our salon if you see a specific stylist. Walk-ins are permitted if time is available.
• What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. A 50% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. Failure to provide us with timely notification or missed appointments will result in your deposit not being refunded. Any cancellations on the day or failure to show for your appointment for whatever reason will require full payment of the service. A credit will be put onto your account if 24hrs notice is given to cancel your appointment.
• What types of coloring do you offer?
We offer all coloring experiences you might think of. Make an appointment for grey coverage, single and double coloring process, balayage, color correction, and so much more!
• What if I am late?
If you find yourself running late for an appointment, please let us know as it would affect any other clients scheduled that day. We will always do our best to accommodate you when it is possible.
• How long does it take to get a haircut and coloring?
It is impossible to unequivocally answer this question. It all depends on your wishes, the difficulty of cutting and coloring, the need for hair treatment. As a rule, a simple haircut takes 40-60 minutes, single coloring process takes around 80 minutes.
